  • Question

What type of vinegar can I use to make curds and whey?

    Community Answer

Any type will work. I like to use my own homemade kombucha vinegar, but since my family doesn't like the taste, I use plain white distilled vinegar. Any acid that is strong enough (most vinegar is standardized at 5% acid, regardless of what type it is) will work, so some people even use fruit juice.
